OWNER & HEAD COACH

SEENA KHONSARI

MS, CSCS, NSCA-CPT

Seena Khonsari decided on Fitness as his primary passion twenty years ago, and has not let up since. He has been a dedicated fitness business owner and coach for ten years, with The Gym in Lost Pines serving as his ultimate vision of a training facility. He takes great pride and interest in the people he works with and making sure they know that he cares.

Beyond being an entrepreneur, Seena is a dedicated father and husband who enjoys bodybuilding, movies, and language. He has a Masters in Exercise & Health
Sciences from the University of Houston, Clear Lake and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist with the NSCA.

JEFF BROWN

LEAD COACH

Jeff Brown is an Elite Certified Personal Trainer with the International Sports Sciences Association.

He specializes in Strength and Conditioning, Tactical Conditioning, Corrective Exercise and Nutrition.

In his free time, he enjoys training in martial arts, firearm proficiency, and tactics, and spending time with his family.

He is the Lead Coach at The Gym in Lost Pines.

BAHAREH Khonsari

FITNESS COACH

Bahareh has a Bachelors in Nutrition and Food Science from San Jose State University. While interning in a nutrition clinic and going to school she started working out at the college gym which sparked her interest in fitness. Additionally, her interest with health & wellness would have her reading and discovering the correlation between oral and systemic health. This led her to pursue studies in Dental Hygiene at UTHealth Houston School of Dentistry.

While supporting her husband’s beginnings as a fitness business owner, Bahareh also worked as a dental hygienist and enjoyed connecting with her sensitive case patients. She is a dedicated wife and mother who enjoys dancing, travel, and hiking.

LUCY GAJARDO

ACCOUNTS MANAGER

With over 6 years of professional experience working in the design industry in Austin, Texas, Lucy has honed a diverse set of skills, blending creativity with practical solutions. She has enjoyed expanding her coordination skills at the gym while continuing to provide design support, leveraging her expertise to help bring unique ideas to life.

DAVID HARWELL

FITNESS COACH

David Harwell is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports
Medicine.

He specializes in training for seniors as well as injury prevention and
recovery.

In addition to personal training at The Gym in Lost Pines, Dave teaches group fitness and wellness classes for Strong Nation, BollyX, Zumba, Silver Sneakers and CaregiverU.

Nicole Rause

FITNESS COACH

Nicole Rause is a certified personal trainer with the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and a passion for helping people of all ages and fitness levels achieve their goals. A former collegiate basketball player, Nicole understands the power of sports and fitness in building confidence and strength. Whether coaching young athletes or leading classes for older adults, she’s dedicated to creating fun, motivating, and inclusive fitness experiences.
