It’s time to get started with your fitness again so that you can start to move, feel, and look better.
You’re After 40, but rest assured your body will respond to the same workouts that everybody
else is doing.
You shouldn’t encounter any real physical issues or concerns, but if you do then you can simply
take a rest day and resume like normal when your body is ready.
If you aren’t making the kind of progress that you would like, you can simply workout or diet
‘harder’ and make up for it.
Most of all, you can do it alone because you will remain motivated and likely don’t need a
community of like-minded people along for the journey with you.
It’s April 1st, 2025 and the lines above are intended as a hoax. Happy April Fool’s Day!
Let’s try this again…
You’re After 40, and rest assured that your body will not respond to the same workouts that
everybody else is doing. Fitness is not a one-size-fits-all, you would do well to have a training
program designed and intended for you.
You either currently have physical issues or concerns or will encounter them along the way.
This is not intended for despair, but rather to make you aware in advance. The good news is
that by having this information we can modify as needed so that it does not set you back.
If you aren’t making the progress that you would like, working out or dieting ‘harder’ is not the
answer. In fact, this could set you back even further. Instead we find what the limiting factors
are and make adjustments so that you continue making progress.
You can try to do it alone, sure. But once motivation dries up you will be glad to know that you
have the social support of a gym community as well as the leadership behind you to remain
inspired to keep with it.
It’s time to get started with your fitness again so that you can start to move, feel, and look
better. You don’t have to go it alone!
